My name is Richard Schnur. Thank you for stopping by!    I want to congratulate you on your interest in starting or building a home based business. 

It is the one, sure way to create your freedom. 

I have been in the Information Technology industry for over 30 years. I have been working as part of my own business since 2000 providing programming and consuting services and PC building and repairing. I have learned so much in these years about business and about myself.

To further extend my business reach, I started an online business in 2004. I have setup several different venues (revenue streams) to help me learn about doing business online. Some of these streams are small, some are growing larger each month. Every one of them teaches me new things every day and challenges me to reach higher.

I have not "hit the big time" yet. However, I know that perseverence is the key and so I "keep on keeping on." However, as long as I persevere I know I will get there and if it takes longer, what's the harm, right?

One goal I have is to share what I have learned about life and business so that others can be successful too. I find it unacceptable to believe that all of this experience is meant for me alone. It is meant to be shared. I can only reach my goal by helping others reach theirs.

When working with new partners, I often hear complaints about a lack of upline support in their prior attempts to setup a business. I have vowed to not fall into that trap. While I can't build your business for you, I want to take the time to train my partners (you?) properly and to have them truly be able to duplicate a system that will help them build their businesses and then train their downlines to do the same. This is how to build a successful offline network marketing business and it applies as well online. Together Everyone Achieves More - that's TEAMwork.

The idea is to leverage myself. I may not be able to personally support hundreds of folks (only 24 hours in a day), but if I properly support my core group and they in turn their core group then we can build a powerful online business that will help us all attain true freedom.

The only difference is that offline you can meet your potential partners face-to-face and judge their worthiness. Online it is far more random and difficult. You don't know me from Adam, why should you trust me? Well that's one of the reasons I have this site. You now know some small amount of what I am here for (there is more ;-) and the resources I use in my business and you can decide if you want to "try me on."

I don't want what I've learned to go to waste. Like love, this knowledge has little value unless it is given away. I want to give it to you if you're up for the task and all its challenges.

To blatantly borrow from a large home improvemnt company - let's build something together.
